Circle of Care: Monthly Dementia Support Group

Through a valuable partnership with Aging Solutions, Inc., our facility in Tiburon, CA hosts a monthly Circle of Care dementia support group designed specifically for dementia caregiver support, guidance, connection, and reassurance.
On the fourth Thursday of every month from 3:30 to 5:00 PM, the support group gathers to offer a welcoming and compassionate environment where caregivers can come together to share their experiences and learn from one another. The program is led by Tiffany Fischer, RN, a dementia care expert from Aging Solutions, who brings both professional insight and a deep understanding of the emotional complexities caregivers face.
